That stretch is when coaches are looking and answering. A roster that gets organized during the window spends the window getting organized. Setting it up takes about four minutes, and it is worth doing before September 4 rather than in the middle of it.

An individual annual Pro subscription is $29.99. Team Pass costs less than eight of them and covers up to twenty-five. You buy it one time. You do not collect money from 22 families, you do not chase anybody down for three dollars at a tournament, and you do not have to explain an app store subscription to a single parent.
Joining your team with the code is how a player says yes to sharing, and leaving the team ends it that second. You see school names and stages. You do not see drafts, and any school a player marks Declined stays private to them, because a kid deserves to get told no without her whole team watching. Parents ask about this, and that is the honest answer.

Pro access travels with roster membership. A player on the team has it, and the seat frees up when they come off.
